Cascadia Investing Syndicate's business is to acquire short-term (flip) and long-term real estate (buy and hold with positive rental return). We acquire real estate with large margin opportunities operating in geographically strategic, high-demand neighborhoods.
Successfully managing dozens of projects simultaneously, we have the ability to rehabilitate and construct houses that will meet consumer demand. Selling real estate assets at a significant profit margin or positive rental return, we give these profits back to our investors without them having the burden of owning and managing the property themselves.
Each star represents a property purchase facilitated by one of our team members. We have experience purchasing, renovating, managing, and selling in multiple neighborhoods in the Portland Metro Area. He will be responsible for the day-to-day real estate acquisitions and sourcing new deals for the fund to acquire as additional profitable assets.
Doug has 40+ years in the technology sector with extensive experience in raising capital from Venture Capitalists. He brings invaluable finance experience to the firm having started several high tech companies with a positive exit. Doug will be responsible for routine financial management and the continuous sourcing of new participants to the fund.
Trained as an accountant, Joan has proficiency in finance and accounting standards. Joan has been an active real estate investor for over 40 years. Joan will be responsible for managing investor accounts and providing statements to all investors.
